Beyond the pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to huge changes in our everyday lives, and the key question on everyone’s mind is what the new working environment will look like. As businesses navigate this new landscape, we consider the lessons during this time that may transform the future of work.
Under the banner of ‘WorkLife 2.0’, we have brought together ideas and opinions from across the firm on a range of topics that we consider to be at the forefront of businesses’ minds as we begin to emerge from the pandemic. Our briefings, blog posts and podcasts cover a wide range of themes, including the challenges and opportunities raised by remote working (such as the impact on diversity, reduced oversight over remote workers, or the dampening effect on speak-up culture) and the changes to the way we engage with technology.
