The COVID-19 pandemic has led to huge changes in our everyday lives, and the key question on employers' minds is what the working environment will look like post-pandemic.

Under the banner of ‘WorkLife 2.0’, we have brought together ideas and opinions from across the firm on a range of topics that we consider to be at the forefront of businesses’ minds as we begin to emerge from the pandemic.

Our briefings, blog posts, webinars and podcasts cover a wide range of themes, including the challenges and opportunities raised by home working (such as the impact on diversity, reduced oversight over remote workers and the dampening effect on speak-up culture) and the changes to the way we engage with technology. We also explore pre-pandemic trends such as the rise of the platform economy.

At the same time, this initiative looks at what we expect to see in employee opinion and activism going forward, ranging from the changing perspective on sustainability objectives to shifting opinion on executive remuneration.
