Holly regularly advises on cross-border employment issues, advising companies involved in outbound investments in Europe, as well as European companies investing worldwide, with a particular emphasis on investment in Asia.
Her recent contentious experience includes unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and race and age discrimination claims in the UK employment tribunal.
Holly's general advisory work has included executive terminations, employee investigations, collective redundancy exercises and advice on the enforceability of restrictive covenants. She has also advised on executive remuneration issues.
