Freshfields is advising SERB Pharmaceuticals on its agreement to acquire the exclusive development and commercialisation rights to Idefirix® (imlifidase) in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region from Hansa Biopharma AB for €115 million.
