Jimmy is an associate in the Life Sciences Transactions team of our Boston office.

Prior to joining Freshfields Jimmy served as in-house counsel at a major biotechnology company, where he advised on various strategic transactions, including complex license and collaboration agreements, partnerships with governments and public-private foundations, and preclinical research agreements with academic and research institutions. Prior to that, Jimmy worked as a law clerk at a leading New York law firm, focusing on capital markets and banking and finance matters.
