Emily is an associate in our Global Transactions practice group and advises on a broad range of commercial and intellectual property matters. Emily advises clients on M&A, disposals, carve-outs, licensing and other commercial arrangements across a range of industries, with a particular focus on the life sciences and technology sectors.
During her time at Freshfields, Emily has spent time on secondment to the Silicon Valley office.

- Advising Strava, the social network and platform for active people and athletes, on its acquisition of Runna, a company developing personalised running training plans and coaching.
- Advising Kraken on its SaaS agreement with TalkTalk to provide its customer management platform.
