Freshfields Advises Morgan Stanley on Achieve Life Sciences' $354m Private Placement

Global law firm Freshfields is representing Morgan Stanley as sole placement agent on Achieve Life Sciences, Inc.'s private placement of up to $354 million in securities with leading healthcare investors. The transaction includes $180 million in initial upfront funding and up to an additional $174 million on exercise of milestone-driven warrants exercisable within 20 days of FDA approval.

Achieve Life Sciences, Inc. is a late-stage specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the global development and commercialization of cytisinicline as a treatment for nicotine dependence.
