Juliana is an Associate in our New York office primarily supporting our Life Sciences Transactions team. She advises companies in a variety of transactions in life sciences and technology, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, commercial agreements, and strategic investments.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Juliana worked at a global law firm where she represented clients in complex trade secret, trademark, and patent litigation matters involving a range of industries, including technology, hospitality, and consumer products.
