Freshfields Advises Atlassian in its Acquisition of Cycle

Freshfields advised Atlassian in its acquisition of Cycle, an AI-powered platform that helps companies understand customer feedback at scale. The acquisition will embed Cycle’s AI feedback engine and customer insight tech into Jira Product Discovery, Atlassian’s dedicated tool for product discovery.
