Andrew is an associate in the firm’s Private Capital practice. He represents private equity sponsors and strategic clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, take-private acquisitions, growth equity and minority investments, equity recapitalizations, carve-outs and divestitures. Andrew has advised clients across a range of industries, with particular experience in software, technology, AI, financial services and industrials.
Andrew is fluent in English and Korean.
