Global law firm Freshfields is advising Strava, the app for active people, on its acquisition of Runna, a UK-headquartered tech company developing personalised running training plans and coaching. The acquisition unites the world’s largest fitness community with a leading app in the fiercely competitive running training space. Completion of the proposed transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent for a transaction of this nature.
