Rob is a corporate Senior Associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice in London, specialising in advising clients on M&A transactions and general corporate and listed company matters.
Rob acts for clients across a broad range of sectors, including tech, betting and gaming, telecommunications, industrials and retail.
During his time at Freshfields, Rob has spent time on secondment at the M&A teams of a leading international telecommunications company and a leading FTSE 100 distribution company, as well as at the firm’s Singapore office.
