His practice covers all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including corporate governance and boardroom matters relating to employment and benefits. Hubertus regularly advises on employment-related restructuring and reorganisation, including the implementation of voluntary leaver programmes, as well as on negotiations with works councils and trade unions.
He has a particular focus on advising on the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace and the European AI Act and the GDPR.
Hubertus also advises on employment-related litigation and represents clients in German labour courts.
