Benjamin Pant is a People and Reward Principal Associate in our Dusseldorf office.
He regularly advises on employment related restructuring and reorganisations, including the implementation of voluntary leaver programmes and negotiations with the works council and trade unions. Benjamin frequently advises clients on complex works council matters, as well as on the implementation of modern working structures and digital transformation (agile working methods, matrix structures, flexible working conditions, artificial intelligence, introduction of IT-Tools etc.). He has particular expertise on issues relating to the use of external staff and represents his clients before the labour courts in complex cases.
Benjamin is author of numerous employment law articles. He is also lecturer on the employment law master’s program at the University of Munster (JurGrad).
Benjamin speaks German and English.
