Benjamin Pant is a People and Reward Principal Associate in our Dusseldorf office.
The focus of his work are reorganisations and restructurings. This also includes staff reductions and the harmonisation of working conditions and business structures, including negotiations with works councils and trade unions. Benjamin Pant also frequently advises clients on complex matters relating to works constitution law and collective bargaining agreements, as well as on the implementation of modern working structures and digital transformation (agile working methods, matrix structures, flexible working conditions, artificial intelligence, introduction of IT-Tools etc.). He has particular expertise on issues relating to the use of external staff and represents his clients at the labour courts.
Benjamin is author of numerous employment law articles. He is also lecturer on the employment law master’s program at the University of Munster (JurGrad).
Benjamin speaks German and English.
