Moritz is a Corporate and M&A associate in our global transactions group.
He mainly advises notably listed companies as well as financial investors in matters of corporate and capital markets law. His work includes, among other things, assisting with general meetings as well as capital, transformation, and other structural measures. He also advises on corporate governance issues and on M&A and capital market transactions.
