Iris Amschl is an associate at the Vienna office of Freshfields. She advises clients in the areas of intellectual property, unfair competition and distribution law.
Furthermore, Iris specialises in contract and licensing matters as well as technology and IP-related aspects of transactions. She regularly publishes on intellectual property issues and was a research assistant at the University of Vienna during her studies.
