Iris Amschl

Iris is a Principal Associate in the IP Group and specialises in complex IP- and technology-driven transactions as well as cross-border commercial matters with a particular focus on technology, digital business models and strategic IP assets.

She regularly advises on domestic and international transactions, including carve-outs, and commercial arrangements such as licensing, cooperation and joint venture agreements. Her practice focuses on transactions and collaborations where intellectual property and technology are central value drivers.

In addition, Iris advises on contentious IP and consumer law matters, including emerging regulatory topics such as greenwashing. Her litigation background enables her to provide commercially focused advice with a comprehensive understanding of legal risk across the full life cycle of IP and technology assets.

Iris regularly works on cross-border projects across Europe, the US and the MENA region.

Iris speaks German and English.
