Moritz Meyer is a corporate/M&A lawyer and a member of our Global M&A and Capital practice.
He primarily advises listed companies and investors. His practice focuses on corporate law, in particular corporate governance and shareholders' meetings, as well as M&A transactions, including public M&A/public takeovers. In addition, he advises on carve-outs, restructurings and capital market transactions.
