Freshfields Advises DigitalOcean on $1bn At-the-Market Equity Offering

Freshfields is advising DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DOCN) on its at-the-market equity offering of up to $1 billion of shares of its common stock through an equity distribution agreement dated November 2, 2026 with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Citizens JMP Securities, LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp., as sales agents.
