Evelyne is an associate in our capital markets and corporate governance practice in Silicon Valley. She advises public companies, high-growth businesses and investment banks on a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including investment-grade debt, convertible notes, at-the-market (ATM) programs, registered direct offerings and liability management. Evelyne also regularly counsels public company management teams and boards of directors on SEC disclosure, periodic reporting (Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K), corporate governance and securities law compliance. Prior to joining Freshfields, Evelyne practiced at a major US law firm and served as a law clerk in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the organized crime division.
