Freshfields Advises Penske Automotive Group in Its $16.3bn Take-Private Acquisition by Penske Corporation and Mitsui & Co.

Freshfields is advising Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG), a diversified international transportation services company and one of the world's premier automotive and commercial truck retailers, in its agreement to be taken private by Motown Acquisition Corp., an entity owned by Penske Corporation and Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
