Freshfields Advises Holcim on Tender Offer for Remaining Outstanding Shares of Cementos Pacasmayo

Freshfields is advising Holcim Ltd. on separate but concurrent offers in the United States and Peru to acquire all of the remaining outstanding shares of Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. (NYSE: CPAC; LIMA: CPACASC1). The mandatory tender offer follows Holcim’s acquisition of a 50.01% stake in CPAC in March of this year, on which Freshfields also advised.
