Global law firm Freshfields is advising ZPG and its shareholders on the sale of Hometrack to Providence Equity Partners. Under ZPG’s ownership, Hometrack has grown into a leading provider of residential real estate valuation and property risk data & analytics in the UK and Netherlands.
