Tara Gazzard is a senior associate with a broad corporate and private M&A practice specialising in infrastructure M&A. Tara advises financial sponsors, infrastructure and pension funds on a broad range of M&A transactions and joint ventures in the energy and infrastructure space.

She also spent 8 months on secondment at IFM Investors and has practiced in both the UK and Australia.
