Freshfields Advises New York Road Runners on the 2026 Toyota USATF Outdoor and Para National Championships

Freshfields provided pro bono advice to New York Road Runners, Inc., a New York City-based nonprofit and the world’s premier community running organization, on its role as a member of the local organizing committee for the 2026 Toyota USATF Outdoor and Para National Championships.

The Championships will be held on July 23–26, 2026 at Icahn Stadium, marking the first time in the event’s history that the Championships will be held in New York City.

The Freshfields team was led by Partner Jenny Hochenberg with support from Senior Associates Evan Yoo and Athanasios Tasopoulos, Associate Summer Johnson and Trainee Associate Wiktoria Fay.
