Athanasios is a senior associate in our New York office focusing on public and private M&A, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, divestitures and spin-offs. Athanasios also advises companies and their boards on corporate governance matters. Prior to joining our team in New York, Athanasios worked in our Brussels office, advising clients on all facets of EU antitrust law.
