Freshfields advises banks on the refinancing of Novem Group

Global law firm Freshfields has advised the financing banks on the successful refinancing of Novem Group through an extension of the existing facilities agreement. The refinancing supports Novem’s financial position and extends the group’s debt maturity profile.

Novem is a Luxembourg-listed global leader in high-quality trim elements and decorative functional components for mobility. Novem operates in the Americas, Europe and Asia and has eleven locations worldwide.
