Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Partner Kathleen Emberger Joins Freshfields in New York
Global law firm Freshfields announced today that Kathleen Emberger has joined the firm in New York as an employee benefits & executive compensation partner.
Kathleen’s practice focuses on the employment and executive compensation-related aspects of public and private merger and acquisition transactions, including private equity transactions. This includes advising on employment, retention, change in control and severance arrangements and equity-based incentive compensation. She also has significant experience with SEC disclosure and governance matters related to benefits and compensation.
