Kathleen Emberger focuses on the executive compensation and employment related aspects of public and private merger and acquisition transactions, including private equity transactions.
Her work includes advising on employment, retention, change in control and severance agreements, as well as short and long-term incentive compensation arrangements and equity-based incentive compensation. She also has significant experience with SEC disclosure and governance matters related to benefits and compensation.
