Freshfields advises Marubeni on its acquisition of the remaining interests in DASI
Global law firm Freshfields has advised Marubeni Corporation on its acquisition, through a wholly owned US subsidiary, of the remaining 50% interests in DASI, LLC. Marubeni now owns 100% of the interests in DASI after initially acquiring 50% of the interests in DASI in 2023. DASI is one of the leaders in commercial aviation inventory solutions with a global platform of offerings across the aviation network.
