Global law firm Freshfields has advised Janus Henderson MENA Private Credit Fund, a leading provider of flexible financing solutions in the Middle East and Africa, on a USD denominated sharia-compliant financing for the KIMSHEALTH Group. KIMSHEALTH is a prominent healthcare platform in the Middle East with a growing portfolio of hospitals and specialist clinics across the region.
The proceeds of the facility were applied towards financing the exit of private equity investors in the business.
