Global law firm Freshfields advises Cicor Technologies Ltd. (‘Cicor’) on its recommended cash and share acquisition of TT Electronics plc (‘TT Electronics’), a UK-based provider of engineered electronics for performance-critical applications, listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Cicor, whose shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange, is a globally active provider of full-cycle electronic solutions - from research and development to manufacturing and supply chain management. The company employs approximately 4,400 people across 13 countries, serving leading businesses in the healthcare and medical, industrial, and aerospace and defence sectors.

The transaction, valued at £287 million, is expected to complete in the first half of 2026 subject to the approval of TT Electronics’ shareholders and regulatory conditions being satisfied.
