Freshfields Advises Salesforce on Its Acquisition of Qualified
Global law firm Freshfields is advising Salesforce on its announced acquisition of Qualified, a leading provider of agentic AI marketing solutions. Bringing Qualified into the Salesforce ecosystem will allow customers to quickly deploy fully-featured marketing agents that autonomously generate pipeline, furthering the company's commitment to the agent-first enterprise.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce's fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals. Learn more about this transaction here.
