Marissa is an intellectual property counsel based in the firm’s San Fransisco office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions, with an emphasis on public and private cross-border mergers and acquisitions, licensing, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies.
Marissa has been recognized as a Leading Associate in Technology Transactions by Legal 500 in 2025. She also received the Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award for “Xerox/Fuji-Memeograph to the Board: Don’t Copy This” in the June 2018 of The M&A Lawyer.
