Global law firm Freshfields represented eBay Inc. on its SEC-registered offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes, consisting of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.250% Notes due 2029 and $‎400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of ‎5.125% Notes due 2035.
