Global law firm Freshfields advised Turnspire Capital Partners LLC on its acquisition of LifeLine Foods LLC and ICM BioFuels LLC. The operations will be combined under The LifeLine Group, with the food business continuing to operate as LifeLine Foods, and the biofuels business being rebranded as LifeLine Biofuels.
