Freshfields represented CK Life Sciences (HK:0775) on the sale of Polynoma, a biotechnology immuno-oncology company, to TransCode Therapeutics (NASDAQ: RNAZ) and a concurrent strategic financing in TransCode to be used primarily to advance the development of TransCode's lead microRNA asset.
