About
Madeline is an associate in our Private Funds and Secondaries practice, advising alternative asset managers and institutional investors on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds, as well as on a broad range of secondaries transactions. She counsels sovereign, private equity and corporate clients on fund term negotiations, securities law compliance and regulatory considerations.
Madeline represents both managers and investors, advising sovereign wealth funds on global investment programs — including co-investments with global managers — and institutional investors such as pension plans on their private equity and private credit investments across pooled investment vehicles.
