She advises alternative asset managers and institutional investors on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds, as well as on a broad array of secondaries transactions. Madeline counsels sovereign, private equity and corporate clients on negotiating fund terms, securities law compliance and regulatory considerations. Madeline also advises clients on cross-border public and private M&A and private equity transactions.
