Global law firm Freshfields has advised UniCredit Bank GmbH on the conclusion of a €350m revolving credit facility agreement for OHB SE, a listed corporation that is active in the space and technology sector. UniCredit served as bookrunner, mandated lead arranger and as documentation agent.

The new revolving credit facility was entered into with a syndicate of 8 banks providing financial resources for working capital and general corporate purposes of the Group. The new facility replaces the previous €300m revolving credit facility agreement that was concluded in 2020.
