Nina is a member of the Global Transactions Group. Her practice focuses on restructuring, capital solutions, and private credit.

She is dual‑qualified as a Solicitor and a Rechtsanwältin and advises corporates and capital providers on distressed financings and refinancings, including transactions involving a wide range of financial instruments.

  • CVC Capital Partners and Messer Group on the acquisition financing of certain divestiture assets of Linde Aktiengesellschaft / Praxair in the United States;
  • TPG on the financing of the acquisition of an undisclosed majority stake in Transporeon, a company engaged in providing web based centralised transport management software; and
