Freshfields represented Oracle Corporation on its SEC-registered offering of $18.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of $3.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.450% Notes due 2030, $3.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.800% Notes due 2032, $4.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.200% Notes due 2035, $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Notes due 2045, $3.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.950% Notes due 2055 and $2.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.100% Notes due 2065.
