Freshfields Represents Celsius on the Acquisition of Rockstar, Convertible Preferred PIPE, and Related Strategic Energy Drink Transactions with Pepsico

Freshfields is representing Celsius in a series of strategic transactions with Pepsico, including the acquisition of Rockstar, a convertible preferred stock PIPE issuance, new distribution and other commercial arrangements for Alani Nu, Celsius and Rockstar, and Celsius's becoming Pepsico's energy captain. Earlier this year, Freshfields represented Celsius on its acquisition of Alani Nutrition LLC (Alani Nu) for $1.8 billion.
