Sydney Hallisey is an associate based in the New York office and is a member of the Corporate Finance team.
She specializes in transactional finance and advising corporate borrowers in investment-grade, leveraged finance, and acquisition finance transactions across a range of industries, including energy, technology and telecom, and pharmaceuticals, both in the US and globally.
Sydney graduated from Elon University and obtained a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
