Global law firm Freshfields assisted Iveco Group in the agreement to sell Iveco Defence to Leonardo for Euro 1.7bn.
The transaction is part of a broader industrial strategy of Iveco Group and represents a significant step in consolidating Leonardo's land-based business, strengthening its leadership in the European defense sector.
