Global law firm Freshfields is advising NiCE Ltd. (NASDAQ/TASE: NICE), a global leader in AI-powered customer experience solutions, on its proposed acquisition of Cognigy, a global provider of agentic conversational AI technology.
The combination creates one of the most comprehensive and advanced AI-enabled CX platforms in the industry, empowering enterprises to deploy dynamic conversational agents capable of understanding and mapping intents and making real-time decisions.
Completion of the transaction, which has been announced on July 28, 2025 and values Cognigy at approximately US$ 955 million, is subject to customary closing conditions.
