Freshfields advises on the listing of Auntea Jenny on HKSE

Global Law Firm Freshfields has provided Hong Kong and US law advices to the joint sponsors and underwriters in the global offering of Auntea Jenny (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd. (‘Auntea Jenny’) and listing of its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (‘HKSE’).

Auntea Jenny is a fast-growing freshly-made beverage company. As of 31 December, 2022 and 2023, it operates the fifth and fourth largest network of tea shops in China, respectively, according to CIC. The company has a significant presence in lower-tier markets. As of 31 December 2024, Auntea Jenny has a store network of 9,176 stores covering all four centrally administered municipalities and over 300 cities in five autonomous regions and 22 provinces in China.
