Freshfields advises Schön Klinik on €865m term loan B financing

Global law firm Freshfields has advised Schön Klinik SE on its aggregate €865m financing transaction. The transaction consisted of the successful repricing of Schön Klinik`s existing €350m term loan B tranche, combined with an upsize in an amount of €335m. Additionally, Schön Klinik has secured a €180m revolving credit facility. The cash proceeds of the upsized term loan facility will mainly be used to repay existing financial indebtedness, including Schön Klinik`s corporate syndicated loan.

Freshfields regularly advises Schön Klinik including with respect to their €575m corporate syndicated loan as well as their €350m term loan B and its successful first repricing in 2024.
