Global law firm Freshfields has advised HOCHTIEF on the successfully completed combination of its subsidiary Flatiron with Dragados North America. The deal creates the second largest civil engineering and construction company in North America. The newly formed entity, named FlatironDragados, is owned 61.8% by Dragados, S.A. and 38.2% by HOCHTIEF.
