Freshfields is advising Sandvik on its acquisition of PDQ Workholding (PDQ), a leading US-based company specializing in custom workholding fixtures and tooling for various industries, including segments like aerospace, automotive and energy. The transaction signed and closed on the same day, June 3, 2024. This is the third completed acquisition that Freshfields’ US practice has advised on since 2021.
