Partner and co-head of US Corporate and M&A Ethan Klingsberg recently appeared on Bloomberg Markets: The Close to discuss what he sees as the key drivers for deals in 2022.

“You know there are a lot of clients [suddenly] looking at where their equity is trading now relative to where it was several months ago and thinking twice about some of the deals where they would have a strong equity component,” Klingsberg said. “Nonetheless, I still think there are a lot of reasons that we're going to see a pretty steady deal flow….”
