Nils is a disputes counsel in our Berlin office.
Nils specialises in commercial litigation, including mass claims, as well as internal investigations and arbitration regarding all areas of general commercial and business law. He is also a member of our Class and Collective Action Skills Group.
Nils completed his legal education at the “Freie Universität”, Berlin in 2011. He also worked as an assistant to Prof. Dr. Martin Schwab, chair for Civil, Civil Procedure and Insolvency Law. In 2012 he participated in the graduate studies programme "European and International Business Law" at Leiden University, the Netherlands, and obtained a Master degree (LL.M.), with a thesis concerning international arbitration. Before and during his legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt he worked for several leading national and international law firms in Berlin and Frankfurt. Nils was admitted to the Frankfurt bar (Rechtsanwalt) in 2016 and moved to Berlin in 2023.
