Björn Weißenberger

Björn is a Principal Associate in our Frankfurt office, advising clients on complex litigation before German and European courts. He focuses on mass tort and collective redress proceedings as well as high-volume individual claims — an area in which he has built extensive experience from well over 100 cases, including references for a preliminary ruling before the Court of Justice of the European Union and constitutional complaints before the Federal Constitutional Court.
